Recipe

1 cup pineapple, crushed
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup milk

Mix everything together in a blender.
Pour into glasses and sprinkle nutmeg on top.


Doumbry is a popular dumpling dish

Recipe

2 cups flour
1/2 cup water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Sift flour, salt, & pepper; add water to form dough.
Roll dough into 5 inch ropes. Add more flour to prevent stickiness. Boil pot of water and add dumplings to the water.
Cook for about five minutes;
